BY USING THE RAFFLE SYSTEM YOU AGREE TO THE RULES AS FOLLOWS:

1. The raffle prizes won may be converted to Philippine Peso at 60% of the Lowest Market Price subject to approval of management.
2. Unused tickets expire after 12 months, no extension will be given.
3. It is the duty of the winner to contact us to claim the prizes before prize expiry. To claim the prizes won, please contact 0905-3462623.
4. The winner shall shoulder the shipping and other incidental cost of the prizes.
5. Unclaimed prizes will expire after 6 months, no extension will be given.
6. You may only use the raffle tickets that you legally obtained, we have the right to deny prize claiming of raffle tickets that we deem illegally obtained.
7. Our system is fair and transparent, therefore we expect the participants to never cheat. Anyone caught using technologies to cheat will be banned from using the system.
8. As the raffle tickets were given for free, we reserve the right to disallow use and claiming of prizes of any raffle tickets for any reason we think is fair to the company or the users.
9. For those who are employees or agents of the FinancePH group, they must be actively employed or affiliated in order to claim the prizes. Inactive employees or agents will be denied prizes upon claiming.
10. Any lost ticket due to internet or battery issues and the like will not be reconsidered. Check your connection and battery before using raffle.
